CHA'Sant by Chef Natty is a small, premium croissant shop located in the Bangchak gas station in the Ekamai area of Bangkok. This small but mighty shop is owned by none other than Chef Natty, a seasoned pro with plenty of experience in the Thai culinary scene, including appearances on cooking shows. CHA'Sant by Chef Natty caters to walk-in and online delivery customers, offering a variety of mouth-watering options. Puff and croissant options include the highly sought-after truffle cheese, foie gras truffle, lobster, and truffle flavours. In addition, CHA'Sant by Chef Natty also offers a selection of drinks, including fruit tea, green tea, herbal drinks, chocolate, and coffee.

Chef Napawadee ‘Natty’ Phayakkaso, the owner of The Premium Selection by Chef Natty and CHA'sant by Chef Natty, is taking the Thai culinary scene by storm. She is widely recognized as one of the top female chefs in Thailand. With years of experience in the culinary world, she has served as the chef for the Local Food Thailand program by the Tourism Authority of Thailand and the Sweet Talk program on the Now26 channel. In addition to her role as a chef, Chef Natty is also an advisor to the Thai Chef Association and creates new menus and bakery items under the KINGPOWER and TIPCO brands. She is a special lecturer for the Department of Home Economics at the Faculty of Agriculture at Kasetsart University, and has also taught at the Matichon Academy and Seagull Cooking School. Chef Natty has also served as an honorary judge on various programs such as Iron Chef on Channel 7 and as director of Junior Bake Off Thailand on Now26.


Chef Natty's culinary prowess extends beyond the kitchen – she's also a published author with four cookbooks to her name: Sweet Talk by Bangkok Turakij Publishing, Delicious Desserts Without an Oven by Happy Kitchen Publishing, 30 Menus with Crepes, Pancakes, and Waffles by Happy Kitchen Publishing, and Bread Makes Anything Delicious by Happy Kitchen Publishing. And she's not done learning yet – Chef Natty has even earned a diploma de patisserie and a cuisine certificate from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit.
