Currently, Chef Gun-Patinya can be found experimenting with unique ingredients and merging different cuisines at CRAFT by Kimpton Maa-Lai in Bangkok, where his fusion dishes are a hit with customers. In addition to his extensive training at places like Dusit Thani College (Tsuji), he has spent many years mastering the culinary arts in the international hospitality industry.
