The shop is owned and operated by Chef Michael James Handley and his wife, who bring a wealth of experience to the table. Chef Michael, born and raised in Australia and with 14 years of baking experience, is particularly known for his Aussie Meat Pie, made with top-quality Australian beef. This signature dish, along with the rest of the menu, has earned Tinnies Pies a reputation for the best pies in Pattaya, as recognized by many foreign YouTube channels. In addition to the highly recommended pie menu, Tinnies Pies also offers a selection of other dishes, such as Aussie beef lasagna, freshly baked baguettes, Thai food, and desserts. Each dish is made with the same attention to quality and flavour, ensuring that customers will not be disappointed with their experience. They have now brought their expertise to Pattaya, where they have been operating Tinnies Gourmet Pies Cafe for the past seven years. With over 14 years of experience in the industry, Michael and Laongdao are skilled in creating delicious, authentic pies. Tinnies Pies has gained a reputation for being the best pies in Pattaya, as reflected in the positive feedback from foreign YouTube channels and customers who have tried the pies.
